Mitel made a HUGE decision to initiate the end of life process for MiVoice Office 250. Are you ready to migrate?

Here's what you need to know:

MiVoice Office 250

ALL of MiVoice Office 250 related products and systems will be affected by this event. This includes line cards, trunk cards, software licenses and broader components such as Attendant console, PS-1, and CT Gateway.

Digital & IP Phones

ALL Digital and IP phones are subject to this same lifecycle notice as they are only sold on the MiVoice Office 250 platform.

MiVoice Office Application Suite

ALL MiVoice Office Application Suite parts including Phone Manger, Call Reporter, and Call Recorder will be in effect until June 2024

What does this mean for customers using MiVoice Office 250?

It means you need to take action to ensure your communications systems operate uninterrupted. Some of those dates might seem far into the future, but you need to be made aware of your options ASAP.
